Talent Acquisition Lead

New role for a highly skilled, proactive, and commercial Talent Acquisition Lead to join an international business in Bath.

This is a great role where you will manage specific functions, partner with them and be a trusted advisor for all Talent Acquisition activity, helping to attract the best talent for the organisation's future growth plans.

Salary up to £55K + Benefits.

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will have overall accountability and ownership for the end-to-end resourcing process within your specific client groups.

Reporting into the Talent Director you will act as the subject matter expert and will use your knowledge and expertise to advise hiring managers on the best way to secure in demand candidates.

You will oversee the management of candidates and hiring managers through all aspects of the recruitment process, to include candidate attraction strategies, shortlisting, arranging interviews, providing feedback, making offers and supporting the onboarding process.

You will proactively attract, source, and select candidates through a variety of channels to include LinkedIn and social media platforms. You will develop and manage effective relationships with stakeholders as well as third party suppliers and provide regular data analysis on vacancy reporting.

To be successful in this role you will be a highly skilled end to end recruiter with a mixed background of inhouse and agency experience. You will demonstrate excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships.

Your expertise and strong understanding of what it takes to operate within a very competitive and candidate driven market will be of real interest to my client along with your ability to educate and influence throughout the recruitment process. You will be highly skilled in using an ATS with a high level of data integrity. You will be a proactive team player who can work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, you will be ambitious and driven to succeed.
