I am supporting my client with their search for an EMEA recruiter who will join the business reporting to EMEA Recruitment Senior Manger responsible for recruiting into a specific business function. This role will enable you to work closely with regional and global teams with wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness, and recruitment best practice across EMEA
My client is looking for someone who will be a trusted advisor in topics related to market dynamics, diversity attraction and sourcing tech and trends. The incumbent will generate leads, making good use of referral's head hunting, alumni networks and Boolean searches whilst using sourcing metrics to continuously optimize their sourcing and advice to stakeholders.
It is important that you have experience working with a varied range of roles at differing seniority levels. In this role you will build strong relationships with senior talent and both influence and manage the expectations of your stakeholders. Professional services experience would be ideal, however I would be open to speaking to candidates who have Financial services, Technology, and Fintech recruiting experience.
Candidates who would do well in this role would be those who are humble, detail oriented and commercially considered but very content focused. It is important that you are hardworking and driven with an analytical mind. The team are a fun group of people with a great sense of humour and they ae looking for someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously.
