Senior Learning & Development Manager

My client is looking to hire a Senior L&D Manager to lead learning and development across the business on a UK wide basis.

Reporting to the HR Director and with responsibility for managing a small team, this position will work closely with the senior leadership teams to develop and lead learning and leadership programmes across the company and working closely with HR colleagues to support them on performance, development and training, and in line with strategic priorities. You will also play a key part in working with the Executive teams for both development and coaching support.

You will be an experienced L&D professional with experience gained within a corporate environment. Ideally you will have led an L&D function and team in a commercial setting using a variety of resources and media to design and deliver learning courses and leadership development programmes. You will be a strong at building relationships at all levels and able to identify and set measures, analysis and reporting.

This is a great company with a terrific brand. They do operate a hybrid working model but you will need to be able to access their office in Cornwall 2/3 days per week. Assistance is provided for those looking to relocate.
