Reward Consultant

I am working with a national client to help them recruit a Reward Consultant on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a project-based role supporting the Pay Framework & Harmonisation project. It is a critical role within the HR team and requires someone who has a solid understanding of Reward who can come in and hit the ground running.
Salary up to £50K, flexible, hybrid working contract so home based with some travel into the offices. Bristol, London or Manchester.

As the Reward consultant you will undertake role and job family benchmarking using Towers Watson job evaluation methodology. You will provide research, analysis, and insights to support the delivery of market review, pay framework and harmonization initiatives in line with the current people strategy. You will undertake and present detailed analysis of the implications of change for groups and individual staff in order to make informed decisions.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a proven Reward specialist with experience of providing and analysing complex data, you will have strong analytical skills along with the ability to interpret and present data in a simple and meaningful way. You will be experienced in using Towers Watson job evaluation methodology and any experience of running reports using PowerBI, SQL, R, Crystal Reports would be a huge advantage. You will have advanced MS excel skills along with strong communication skills being able to communicate technical data to not technical users.
