As the Recruitment Manager, you will report into the Senior HR Manager and will have full responsibility and accountability for the complete 360 recruitment process, as well as playing a leading part in the wider talent acquisition strategy. You'll be driven and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and will have an impressive background of utilising various methods for candidate attraction and sourcing, creating talent pipelines and promoting employer branding.
The Recruitment Manager will support varying roles across the business, providing a seamless and efficient process for all hiring managers. You will assist in creating role profiles, liaising with agencies to ensure competitive rates are negotiated, ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with the status of each role, ensure the recruitment and selection process complies with all legislation and assist the HR team when required. A key part of this role is to actively promote Diversity & Inclusion ensuring this becomes part of everyday conversations.
To be successful in this role, you will have an impressive work history of operating In-House and be able to demonstrate your ability around candidate attraction and sourcing, in particular hard to fill roles. You will have an understanding of employment legislation and will bring invaluable knowledge and expertise around promoting an employer brand. Your driven and self-motivated attitude along with your exceptional customer service and time management skills, will be of real interest to my client.
