Annapurna is looking for an Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

Your role:

• Using data to match the positions based on the companies goals and strategy and utilise the numbers
• Familiarise yourself with the roles that are currently being hired
• Understand how the competitors are comparing and gain market Intel
• Collaborate well with stakeholders in the business
• Go into the data to set the benchmark

Requirements:

• Strong analytic skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• A strong understanding of the tech Eco system
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced growing company
• Global experience is desirable
