L&D Assistant

My Client is a global law firm with strong relationships in many industries and organisations. They are looking for an L&D Assistant to join their buzzing, diverse and talented business where you'll be coordinating legal and business skills training, along with other members of the team. The job will involve contact with the firm's partners, lawyers and members of Business Services as well as a key role in various ongoing team projects.

Responsibilities as an L&D Assistant:

- Coordinate the administrative aspects of the flagship leadership programmes

- Provide hour reports for the Business Service Directors

- Create content for the firm client portal

- Be one of the L&D team's experts in the use of the firm's Learning and Performance Management system

- Monitor and update relevant areas of the L&D team's budget

- Assist the L&D team with the administration of any other training or development opportunities as they arise.

Requirements for an L&D Assistant:

- Degree-educated (Or equivalent)

- 1-year minimum working within a corporate/L&D environment with a strong interest in L&D

- Excellent attention to detail
