Frazer Jones is partnering with a renowned Insurance company with a huge international presence to find a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner on a permanent basis in London.

This unique opportunity will push you to develop your Recruitment career, as you will advise, strategise, and innovate in a brand-new team, playing a pioneering role in the company's exciting development.

Role responsibilities:

  • 360-recruitment role (sourcing, diversifying talent pools and presenting to clients)
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leading individuals to strategise and innovate in order to implement positive change
  • Take ownership of the role, using individual expertise to deliver effective, unique solutions
  • Establish an internal and external network, working with third-party agencies, candidates, and corporate leaders
  • Act as a mentor as well as brand ambassador, embracing and promoting the company's values

Candidate experience:

  • Extensive tech recruitment experience (preferably from a large company) and relevant, wider knowledge
  • Creative and forward-thinking approach
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate well
  • ATS experience and knowledge of relevant online platforms to engage with candidates
  • Organisational and IT skills
