This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor or junior HR Business Partner to gain some valuable experience working for a UK brand leader and within a very progressive, fast paced and tech savvy business. This is a 12 month FTC based in Manchester.
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering you will closely partner three head office functions and working with senior stakeholders to create a positive employee experience. You will support the delivery of key people initiatives alongside the COE's in areas such as reward, organisational change, talent and leadership development, D&I, performance, talent acquisition and succession planning.
You will have worked in either a Senior HR Advisor or Junior Business Partner capacity within a progressive and commercial business. Experience supporting Technology or IT client groups would be an advantage. You will be used to working in a fast paced and challenging environment with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Due to the nature of this role you must be immediately available or with a 1 month notice period. The company is Manchester based and operates a hybrid working model, the ability to access the office on a weekly or bi-weekly basis is desirable.
