My client, a market leading Tech business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team to recruit across their Consulting teams globally. This role is a partnership role with the wider senior team within the business and will be instrumental in ensuring a full and positive experience.

We are looking to speak with talented Talent Acquisition Specialists who are looking for that next step.

Key Requirements:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for hires in the business across multiple locations
  • Previous experience recruiting across Consulting hires
  • Drive and take part in various HR projects and initiatives - particular areas of focus are D&I and Employer Brand.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines to facilitate and support business growth
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Deliver a seamless stakeholder experience while also acting as a partner
  • Report on functional performance utilising key metrics, SLAs and KPIs

The business have offices in key locations such as London however this role will be fully remote.
