Payroll Manager

Our client, a scaling global retail tech company, are looking for a payroll manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

In this role, you will play a crucial part of the upskilling of the team, conducting weekly and monthly payroll, evaluating current processes and offering improvements where necessary. The successful candidate will have strong payroll experience in a complex environment.

Duties Include

  • Running weekly and monthly payroll across Europe
  • Upskilling and developing the team
  • Working with external providers and internal teams
  • Maintaining guidelines and promoting good practise

Skills Required

  • Experience as a Payroll Manager
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Process driven, with excellent communication
  • Experience in a complex environment
  • Retail industry background desired
