My client, a market leading Advertising and Technology business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team to recruit across their commercial (revenue affecting roles) teams globally. This role is a partnership role with the wider senior team within the business and will be instrumental in ensuring a full and positive experience.

- Lead and manage the recruitment process for hires in the business across multiple locations
- Previous experience recruiting across any sales/ commercial revenue roles
- Drive and take part in various HR projects and initiatives - particular areas of focus are D&I and Employer Brand.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines to facilitate and support business growth
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Deliver a seamless stakeholder experience while also acting as a partner
- Report on functional performance utilising key metrics, SLAs and KPIs
