HR Officer required for a well-known European brand in the West Midlands.
Salary up to £30K + Benefits and hybrid working is offered.
My client is well known manufacturing organisation who are market leaders within their industry. They pride themselves on the service and products they provide to their customers, with quality and efficiency at the forefront of everything they do. They have sites across the UK with head office in the Midlands and have a headcount of circa 1250 people.
As the HR Officer you will work within the HR Shared Service Delivery team and provide all administration support to both the business and the HR function. You will act as the first point of contact for all general HR enquires, maintain and administer the HR inbox and deal with all administration around the employee life cycle to include, starters, leavers, contracts of employment, right to work checks, salary changes and any amendments to contracts. You will provide accurate and timely data to key stakeholders as well as provide HR reports on sickness, starters, and leavers. You will process all applications on maternity, paternity, and adoption as well as probationary reviews. This is a fast paced and extremely busy role supporting the entire organsiation.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly skilled HR Officer who enjoys providing all HR administrative support to a busy organisation. Ideally you will have worked within a Shared Service function and be confident in providing HR advice and guidance on policy and procedures. You will have a through understanding of administration related tasks around the employee life cycle and be highly proficient in providing a seamless and efficient service to the end user. Your excellent communication and organisational skills along with your ability to prioritise your workload and work with high levels of confidentiality will be of real interest to my client.
