Senior HR Manager
I am currently working with a highly successful global asset management firm on their search for a Senior HR Manager. With c.130 employees globally you will work in a close-knit HR team of 3, alongside the Head of HR and Senior HR Director. This is an extremely commercial HR team who are supporting the business to grow at pace, with £12 billion in assets and a further £8b billion being raised next year.
As the Senior HR Manager you will support the business in a range of areas including reward, performance, onboarding and compliance, OD, ER and reporting. They are very data driven so you will need to be comfortable with systems and Excel (however they are very happy to arrange a course for someone who needs a refresher!). The business has a strong focus on development and pay for courses at all levels of the business - e.g. coaching, project management etc.
We are looking for someone who has determination and drive, is conscientious and who takes ownership. There are very little ego's and you'll need to be happy to roll up your sleeves. Culturally the business is very fast paced so you'll need to be able to prioritise and have resilience. There are excellent opportunities for development and progression.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a financial services environment and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you'll be working closely with senior stakeholders.
This role is London based Monday-Thursday and you can work from home on Fridays.
Salary - c.£80,000 + Bonus + Excellent benefits package.
