Our client, a leading commercial real estate organisation, are searching for a Compensation Analyst to join their Reward team. Reporting into the Total Rewards lead, you will be providing analysis and insight on reward across the UK.
- Support on annual comp activities
- Support on key projects such as process governance and bonus changes
- Partner with the business to advise on reward related enquiries
- Experience as a reward professional (min 2-3 years)
- Experience in a large matrix organisation
- Advanced excel skills
