Compensation Analyst

Our client, a leading commercial real estate organisation, are searching for a Compensation Analyst to join their Reward team. Reporting into the Total Rewards lead, you will be providing analysis and insight on reward across the UK.

Duties Include

  • Support on annual comp activities
  • Support on key projects such as process governance and bonus changes
  • Partner with the business to advise on reward related enquiries

Skills Required

  • Experience as a reward professional (min 2-3 years)
  • Experience in a large matrix organisation
  • Advanced excel skills
