Senior HR Business Partner

Frazer Jones have been instructed exclusively, to seek a Senior HR Business Partner to join our rapidly growing client on a permanent basis.

Founded in 2018, our client within the Tech industry has scaled dramatically in just 3 years and they aren't slowing down yet. This role is primarily based in London in offices between Kings Cross and Euston stations. Whilst this is an office based role flexible working is available on a blended office / home working basis.

The Role

Working in close partnership with the Group Tech Leadership Team this HRBP will play an important role in creating an exceptional employee experience within the Engineering and Product teams based in London, Lisbon and Munich.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner with extensive start-up or scale up experience ideally partnered with Tech workforces. Client group 300 with plans to increase to 500 within the next 18 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders in the business to build a people plan that delivers results including organisation objectives and an exceptional employee experience evidenced by industry leading levels of engagement within the Tech and Product teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure appropriate organisation design and work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and deliver hiring plans whilst ensuring exceptional candidate experience and development of the employer brand
  • Work in partnership with the Tech and Product leadership team and learning and development partners to make sure that appropriate learning interventions are in place to support the site's succession plan and develop exceptional performance and progression of talent.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and line managers on performance and capability development along with People related issues.
  • Work alongside the HR Operations team to evolve our policy and practice to support our scaling business.
  • Play a lead role in driving successful DEI initiatives to achieve our objectives and continually develop our inclusive culture
  • Support and lead delivery of a broad selection of people related projects within a fast moving and fast scaling environment.

Profile:

  • Proven experience of successfully delivering expert HR advice to managers and leaders within a fast moving tech oriented business with direct experience of working with Tech and Product teams.
  • Intellectually curious and engaged in the latest people related practice and thinking.
  • Experience of working with current People technology solutions and leveraging their capability to deliver the people strategy and insightful data
