Share Plan Administrator

I am delighted to be partnering with a highly innovative and technology led organisation that are leaders in their market and who take enormous pride and satisfaction in the service they offer their customers. This organisation is continuing to grow at a rapid speed and require a Share Plan Administrator to support the People team on an permanent basis.

The Share Plan Administrator will report into the People Director and will play an integral role in the People team by assisting in the lifecycle of the companies Share plans. You will be responsible for managing the employee share award schemes, dealing with shareholder/participant enquiries, developing and communicating promotional material and carrying out shareholder transactions for employees. You will reconcile monthly share reports and support with any future schemes modelling.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of managing share schemes with a strong understanding of employee share mechanisms and able to communicate this to colleagues and senior leadership teams. It is likely that your experience will have been gained within an People/HR function or a Reward/Compensation & Benefits team. Experience of working within a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment would be an advantage alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. Salary is paying up to £45,000 + benefits. Hybrid working is on offer. Role will be based in Southampton or London. They are ideally looking for someone on a permanent basis but will also consider an interim solution
