Strategic HR Business Partner

Annapurna have partnered with a global eCommerce business who are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join the team and partner a designated Business Unit.

The company are going through a business-wide transformation and the Strategic HR Business Partner will drive the change from a people perspective.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with the Centre of Expertise to design the strategies for talent management, succession, diversity and wellbeing, promotions, reward, learning & development, talent acquisition. All of these will be led with a product and data mindset.
The Strategic HR Business Partner will be responsible for creating and driving a high performance teams and culture and driving change initiatives.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Extensive experience of strategic business partnering, change and talent management.
- Experience of working in a matrix environment that has experienced change.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to use to data to drive change and make/influence decisions.
