My client, a market leading media monolith, is looking for two Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to join the growing team.

We are looking to speak with talented generalist, corporate or media recruiters who are looking for that next step.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience recruiting across media, marketing, or corporate functions.
• Drive and take part in various HR projects and initiatives - particular areas of focus are D&I and Employer Branding.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines to facilitate and support business growth
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement
• Report on functional performance utilising key metrics, SLAs and KPIs

The business is operating a Hybrid Working Model and will offer working from home options.
