I am delighted to be working with a Professional Services firm in Manchester to help them recruit an HR Advisor on a fixed term contract for 12 months. Salary up to £32K and hybrid working is an option.
Due to growth and investment my client is looking for a hands on and highly skilled HR advisor to join the busy and fast paced HR operations team. Reporting into the senior manager this role will cover the entire generalist remit and act as the first point of contact for all HR advice and enquires. You will work with the HR Business Partners and their client groups to design and deliver effective HR solutions. The role will have a strong Employee Relations focus but also involve producing monthly and adhoc MI and analytics for the team and assisting with and coordinating HR projects.
Main duties will include, all Employee Relation case work, to include, disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, dealing with long term sickness, preparing occupational health referrals, and liaising with Benefits team. You will also support the HR Business Partners on any restructures, consultations and redundancy process. You will deal with all cyclical HR processes as well as providing HR reports and management information.
To be successful in this role you will have a solid work history of operating as an HR Advisor ideally within a Professional Services firm. You will have impressive experience of working within Employee Relations to include disciplinary, grievance and performance. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of employment law and best practice. You will be a pro active team player who is self-motivated with a can-do attitude. You will have strong communication skills and will be confident in dealing with all levels of people. This role will allow you to demonstrate your ability and deliver a first-class HR service.
