My client a leading not for profit are looking to hire an Assistant HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business who put their customers at the forefront of everything they do!
Working alongside the HR Business Partner you will be supporting on all BAU duties. Due to the nature of the client group, they are looking for someone who is resilient and self-sufficient. You also be managing your own ER caseload so you must have experience managing complex ER issues. You will also coaching and supporting line managers on all HR policies and procedures and acting as the first point of contact for the team. Working closely with learning and development, payroll, recruitment and the shared service you will be helping to spearhead an innovative and cost effect best practice HR solution to be implemented across the business.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available, but we will consider applicants on short notice periods. You must have ER experience and have good working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice.
