Frazer Jones is partnering with a recognised national leading brand to help them recruit a HRIS Implementation Project Manager. This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months, salary is up to £70K, remote working is being offered with travel to Bristol once a week.
My client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Implementation Project Manager who has done the end-to-end HR technology implementation.
This will include, evaluating client requirements, drafting RFP, choosing a new provider, data migration, configuration, UAT, parallel runs and integration. The current system being used is Core HR which expires in Aug 2022 and my client is hoping to have the new system in place by this date.
You will need to demonstrate your expertise by providing recommendations and advice based on a depth of experience in the HRIS Industry and previous assignments. Have extensive experience in project managing multiple HRIS implementations across a variety of vendors under strict deadlines and business needs. Be motivated with high energy in managing multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders and have proven experience in change management during high profile projects . You will be able to deliver HR consultative approach throughout the project due to extensive HR knowledge and experience in HRIS implementations. Any payroll knowledge and experience of outsourcing or insourcing would be highly desirable.
