People Operations Manager

I am excited to be partnering with a leading UK based professional services business that operates in the accounting sector.

They are looking for an experienced People Operations Manager who will support key stakeholder to provide commercially appropriate remuneration, benefits and systems support to the firm together with provisions of business-related MI support decision making. This is a newly created role which will report to the firm's People director.
This will be a pivotal role working closely with the firms HRBP and further HR function Looking after cyclical processes, such as the annual salary review, ensuring related decisions and processes are managed effectively.
As the People Operation manager, it will be your responsibility to manager all communication and delivery of any bonus payments with the business partners as appropriate.
Working with external providers, it will be your responsibility to manage employee benefits, including broker and vendor relationships, enrollment, claims, resolutions, renewals, and general employee enquiries.

It would be ideal for you to have experience executing monthly payroll, working closely with the external providers to ensure that these matters are completed in time.
Using MI tools to report back to senior stakeholders with the ability to both manage their expectations and influence on processes and procedural best practice.

The business is considering a change of their HR system and implementing a new ATS; this would be a great opportunity for someone with this experience, who can advise the business and take on the exciting project. This will also be an opportunity to maintain all HR systems and operate as a supe user.
