Reward Partner

Our client, a true household name and rapidly growing UK FTSE listed business, are looking for a Reward Business Partner as they continue to expand their Reward team.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will act as a key member of the growing Reward team, acting as a vital communicator between the Reward team and the wider business, alongside assistance with cyclical Reward activities.

Duties Include:

  • Leading on key reward project, managing resource and budget
  • Support the delivery of all reward cycles
  • Lead the annual drafting of DRR
  • Management of Reward Analyst
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders

Skills Required

  • Reward experience from a UK Plc environment
  • Previous experience in a business partnering capacity within a large Reward team.
  • Working knowledge of all Reward areas, Benefits, Compensation and Pensions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage, challenge and influence key decision makers.
  • Strong ambition to grow and develop
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
