Our client, a true household name and rapidly growing UK FTSE listed business, are looking for a Reward Business Partner as they continue to expand their Reward team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will act as a key member of the growing Reward team, acting as a vital communicator between the Reward team and the wider business, alongside assistance with cyclical Reward activities.
- Leading on key reward project, managing resource and budget
- Support the delivery of all reward cycles
- Lead the annual drafting of DRR
- Management of Reward Analyst
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Reward experience from a UK Plc environment
- Previous experience in a business partnering capacity within a large Reward team.
- Working knowledge of all Reward areas, Benefits, Compensation and Pensions.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to manage, challenge and influence key decision makers.
- Strong ambition to grow and develop
