People Director/Senior People Business Partner

**People Director/Senior People Partner - £80,000 + equity - PE-backed**

Annapurna is currently working with a fantastic organisation transforming their People function and is looking for a People Director to partner with the COO and design the people strategy for a 3-5 year period.

The business is a well-established market leader looking to continue its growth trajectory and develop a commercial people strategy to drive further success. The role is a standalone leadership position.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working at a high pace in a commercially driven environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong experience working with highly qualified & challenging stakeholders.
  • High energy & demonstrable passion for HR & People
  • Strong background in Employee Relations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Designing the people strategy for the next 3-5 years
  • Working closely with the COO on various projects
  • Working with the CPO closely to help embed the new people function.
