Interim Head of HR

This arts organisation is seeking an interim HR consultant to lead both strategic and tactical elements of implementing a new operating model.  It requires an experienced generalist at Director level with skills in; engaging diverse stakeholder sets, leading consultations and a demonstrable track record of handling change with an emphasis on fairness and inclusivity.  This is a 6m FTC assignment in a London based organisation with hybrid working.
