Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Annapurna have partnered with a global technology company who are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will join an innovative, global TA function and be responsible for hiring for non-technical roles across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for your dedicated business unit/units
  • Drive and take part in various HR projects and initiatives
  • Source and embed innovative and cost effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines to facilitate and support business growth
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Report on functional performance utilising key metrics, SLAs and KPIs

Required experience:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech companies or Executive Search Firms with focus on high-growth companies and environments
  • Experience of hiring on in the UK and across Europe
  • Able to operate within the fast-pace environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience scaling at significant pace
