We have a current opportunity for a HR Business Partner on an 18 month contract basis. The position will be a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and the rest remotely. For further information about this position please apply.
The business is in transformation and moving from traditional silos to a matrix organisation in order to provide better solutions and value to our clients. We are looking for a business partner with experience of partnering at senior leaders to deliver people change. You will work closely with the CMO and leadership team to embed the OD strategy and they support the global implementation of the business transformation.
Act as strategic business partner to the business leadership teams, implement and advise on people strategy and HR vision, building organisational and people capabilities, to achieve optimal effect and impact on business performance.
Lead and drive the Strategic People Planning process, in line with Global processes.
Provide operational and strategic input on all aspects of the employee life-cycle coaching and developing business managers in line with their business goals.
Provide strategic and operational insight, advice, knowledge and experience across the annual people agenda working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Analyse and provide insights into people capability issues which impact business performance
Work closely with HR Operations to provide timely management information and KPI's on key HR metrics, identifying appropriate HR solutions.
Drive and coordinate through local HR resources successful delivery of the annual pay review and bonus process.
Partner with the business to ensure the employee engagement survey is meaningful and any action plans resulting are delivered.
Ensure policies and relevant and current.
Work with stakeholders to lead and implement organisational design and development for future business requirements.
Actively identify skill gaps for the future organisation, proposing and implementing changes and strategies to both develop internal talent and recruit external talent in a proactive way.
Influence, coach, support and guide line managers to ensure that they understand best practice across the employee life cycle, process and procedures to grow managerial capability to support the achievement of business goals.
Collaborate with business leaders and COE colleagues to lead and drive, shape, implement and drive effective HR strategies and initiatives to ensure that practices and procedures are fit for purpose, supportive of business goals.
Effectively leverage the specialist knowledge of colleagues including talent acquisition, reward, employee relations, retention & people development, to deliver a best in class HR service
Lead and embed any Group HR initiatives such as Leadership development, performance management, systems implementations
