In this role, you will partner with assigned businesses and projects to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Partnering with line managers to advise on the entire employee life cycle
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Facilitate occupational health referrals
- Review group people policy
- Introduce employee engagement platform
- Contribute to transformation projects
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Ulrich style operating model
- Exceptional UK employment legislation knowledge
- Stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Tech savvy in HRIS
