Our client, a global marketing and advertising business, is looking for a Global Director of Talent Acquisition to design and implement solid TA infrastructure to help support significant upcoming growth.
With a focus on ensuring they attract and engage a diverse workforce, this client is looking to find a leading Director of TA who has a passion for helping businesses scale in the best possible way.
This role will support and lead a successful team on their growth journey and will be a true partner for the Executive Team in helping to build and shape their functions.
About the candidate:

• Proven success of building TA infrastructure to support 100% growth numbers from within a technology-led environment. Experience from within a large corporate as well as hyper-scaling environment required.
• Demonstrable experience of creating and managing high-achieving internal Talent teams, with proven success at the 'Head-of' level and above.
• Data-driven evidence of driving diversity from talent attraction through to on-boarding for all business areas.
• Proven experience of successfully driving a Talent journey from an employer branding perspective.

This role will be pivotal in the business growth and is an extremely important hire for the business and as such, there is a lot of visibility with the C-Suite Executives and huge opportunity to expand in your role as the business continues to grow.
