Compensation & Benefits Lead EMEA

Delighted to be working with a Global Manufacturing & Engineering client that is looking to hire the C&B Lead for Western Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Acting as the Business Partner to the HR Director WEMEA and reporting into the C&B Lead for Europe this is a key position that supports a headcount of c.5,000. You will be responsible for Total Reward across these geographies at a local level while also being a part of the wider European & Global C&B Team. You will work on key initiatives and programmes to support the HRD and be responsible for developing the C&B remuneration strategy for the region. You will also be involved in: developing remuneration systems and optimising existing schemes; salary benchmarking, job evaluation, job mapping and grading structures; digitalisation; working with external consultancies; and feeding into the European compensation committee.

You will possess a broad depth and understanding of Compensation and Benefits experience across multiple geographies on either a European or Global basis. With a natural curiosity you will be solution focused and data led, and able to evidence strong Business Partnering experience to senior leaderships teams within a complex and matrixed environment.

This is a really exciting position that will challenge and reward you in equal measure and within a Global framework. This role can be based out of Sheffield or Birmingham but you will only need to be on site 1-2 days/week.
