I have partnered with a global FMCG/consumer business on a new and exciting Senior HR Business Partner role.
This international brand, known globally for their products is in an important period of transformation from a cultural, technical and commercial point of view; on a large global scale.
I am looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with resilience and one that truly understands organisational design.
The company is very much established, however due to the changes taking place it almost has a start-up atmosphere, as it's a very fast paced environment with lots of positive changes happening. The Senior HR Business Partner needs to be an experienced senior 360 HR Generalist who is diligent, has gravitas and is able to work in areas where there might be a bit of ambiguity from time to time.
My client needs someone who is a strategic thinking and confident at decision making, especially when liaising with senior stakeholders across the business. This role really needs someone who is excited by an environment where there is lots of change happening at the same time.
The Senior HR Business Partner sits within a matrix structure, reporting into the HRD, however due to due to the seniority of the role you'd also have access to the MD.
The right candidate will be agile, passionate about change management and be strong in ER as well as performance management.
The Senior HR Business partner needs to be able to demonstrate how HR support the delivery of commercial goals.
This role would lean more towards enabling functions, Legal, external affairs, corporate, finance, supply chains and operations, however, it could also have some more commercial focus too.
Candidates from FMCG, high volume retail or candidates from more digital background would be preferable, but not essential.
In addition to the salary the role also includes £5K car allowance, £3K London allowance and 13% bonus.
