Payroll, Benefit and HRIS Specialist

Are you a detail orientated, data driven Payroll and Benefits professional who has been exposed to HR reporting and analytics? I am partnering with a Financial Services brand to source a Payroll, Benefits and HRIS Specialist on a permanent basis.

Main responsibilities include:

 Preparation of the monthly outsourced payroll for the UK region

 Managing monthly payroll reconciliation and sign off process

 First point of contact for payroll queries for staff and payroll bureau

 Payroll new starter and leaver actions (e.g. P45s)

 Year- end tax/NI tasks - Processing of P11ds and PSA

 Monthly pension administration, reconciliation and payment submission

 Benefit administration and communication to employees

 Support the annual compensation review (data management and employee communications)

 Provide market benchmarking data and analysis

 Provide support to the HR Team in preparing MI reports, and presenting data in a meaningful way

 Support Remuneration Committee pack preparation, documentation and analysis

 Monthly HR reporting and data analysis (including Management Committee, Board, Risk and Compliance reports)
