The client is looking for a Recruitment speciality to join their global recruitment team working both collaboratively and independently to achieve the business objectives for the team.
As the recruitment specialist you will report to the business recruitment lead, who is responsible for the UK and EMEA region.
Sitting within a global team of 6 recruiters it will be your responsibility support a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, vendor management, event organising, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding.
As the Recruitment specialist you'll be mainly responsible for recruitment activities for the firm's London hub, however occasionally you may also be required to support their wider resourcing team across Europe. Working closely with the firm's regional and global teams, the role will have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness, and recruitment best practice across the region. Your primary recruitment focus will be to support the successful hiring into various capabilities within the analytics function, e.g., Data Science, Software Engineers, Data analysts.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous experience within a talent acquisition role where they have led successful recruitment processes operating within the technology and data science space. It would be beneficial to have a strong understanding of the talent market in analytics, such as predictive analytics, data engineering, risk analysis, rapid prototyping, operational research, and business modelling.

Experience in campus recruiting and event management would be beneficial, however it is imperative that you have the skills required to build internal networks with senior leaders and advising senior stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
Alongside this, the successful applicant must have proficiencies in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint and Excel along with strong written competencies.
