New Permanent Role - HR Advisor - Bath - Salary up to £33K, Hybrid working offered.
I am delighted to be working with one of Bath's most prestigious employers who are actively recruiting for a HR Advisor. This is a permanent role working in a forward thinking and matrix environment that will offer great exposure and experience across the entire generalist remit.
As the HR Advisor you will report into the HR Business Partner and will provide all HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees throughout your designated business area. You will enable excellent people management practice and build the capability of individuals, teams, and departments to ensure objectives are met. You will support the delivery of the HR Strategy and be confident in working in a fast- paced, innovative and customer focused team.
As the HR Advisor you will have proven success within a similar role and be confident in Employee Relations case work to include maternity, paternity, sickness absence, low level disciplinary and occupational health referrals. You will ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current legislation, giving advice and guidance when required and ensuring line managers are aware of current processes and procedures. You will be confident in providing HR reports when required, analysing data, and highlighting trends. You will support on various HR projects with a key focus on well being and positive mental health.
To be successful in this role you will be working within advisory capacity looking for your next challenge or looking to take the next step in your career. You will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and unfazed by demands of multiple stakeholders. You will demonstrate fantastic interpersonal skills, be a proactive team player with good commercial acumen and will work with clear and business focused outcomes. You will ensure you deliver an efficient and effective HR service whilst also supporting your HR Business Partners and reflecting the organisations core values. Ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification.
