For this role you will be joining the business as the Reward Lead, reporting in to the Global Head of Reward and working in a Reward team of 3. You will deploy the Reward Roadmap in partnership with the Global Reward Lead and be responsible for everything Reward related to the UK, EMEA and Americas regions. You will be managing stakeholders, covering all compensation work, completing reward analytics and reporting, plus managing the company benefits. You will be using Workday, SAP Success Factors and Excel to complete your work. Other duties will include but not be limited to:
- Review and develop reward tools
- Salary benchmarking and job evaluations
- HR Analytics
- Yearend reporting
- Benefits management
- Support with employee global mobility
- Liaise with external partners that provide market data, benefits management, tax advice and global mobility support
- Facilitate global process e.g. annual pay and bonus review, long service award etc.
- Market research to ensure the business is attracting and retaining the best talent
- Support HR and People Managers through training in reward management practices
- Participate in external network events and share reward knowledge with the team
- Develop processes and policies and produce communications to the business
You must have proven experience working as a Reward Manager or Senior Reward Analyst to be considered for this role. Ideally you will have international exposure and worked in a retail business covering reward for employees working in stores. However right now the role will primarily be focused on shaping reward policies within its corporate office function. You must be comfortable working in a matrix organisation and managing stakeholders. It's essential you're well versed in compensation and benefits practices within a progressive organisation.
This is a high growth business that is adding about 20 new stores in each region every year. So you will have the opportunity to grow with the business and expand the team as you see fit. There is lots of project work ongoing and the opportunity to shape the infrastructure of the reward function and set up processes and policies. The role is offering a competitive salary in the region of £70k plus bonus. The role has a highly appealing global remit with extensive career development opportunities.
