Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Annapurna HR is partnering with a global investment firm with significant growth plans. The business has an impressive investment portfolio which is only increasing year on year. As such, we are looking to speak with skilled Talent Acquisition Professionals to take the business through its next phase of growth. This role is open to candidates with either an Agency or Internal background.

Role Profile:

  • Partnering with VP and EVP level stakeholders to understand and deliver on hiring objectives across Private Credit and Private Equity teams in the UK.
  • Vendor management - acting as the interface between external partners and the business and managing the process.
  • You will be a creative and lateral thinker and will be passionate about hunting good people.
  • You will work on additional projects such as a Referral Programme, Database Management and Candidate Experience.
  • You will have experience in a similar organisation or market, and will have a strong knowledge of executive search.
