Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech

Annapurna HR is partnering with a global technology company on the search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team. The business are working on some cutting edge technologies to revolutionise their market. The business is currently 4000 headcount and will be scaling by at least 400 this year and again next year. This is an exciting time to join a fast growing team and to scale your experience with the business.

The company's HQ are in London but they are happy for this person to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. This role can focus on UK only or UK and EMEA hiring for the Tech and Product teams.

  • Work closely with the HR, Resourcing and Business teams to drive hiring plans across the business areas
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to bring in top talent across Engineering, Frontend, Backend, Java, QA, Data & Digital, as well as some Product Design and Product Management roles.
  • Taking full ownership of the candidate journey.
  • Working with the business to build key relationships and deliver on hiring needs, prioritising roles in order of importance.
  • Working on recruiting projects, with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion and Employer Brand work.

Key requirements:

  • Proven internal recruitment experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience recruiting for tech and product hires.
  • Proven success recruiting at-pace in an ever-changing environment.
  • A passion for ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lots of initiative to take on tasks as required in a growing business and to assist where possible.
