Annapurna have partnered with a technology start up organisation who are looking for a People Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the newly appointed Head of People, the People Manager will support the team through an exciting growth period and advise on all things People related.

The People Manager will have responsibility for enhancing the current HR offering, designing and shaping the culture and values of the organisation and growing the business. This will include:

  • Learning & Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee engagement & Communication
  • Succession planning, performance management and organisational design
  • Onboarding

The ideal candidate will have worked in a start up organisation and helped them scale. They will have excellent project management and communication skills and will be excited at the prospect of shaping the culture of a company.
