Salary: Up to £23,167.00
Contract type: Permanent contract 35 hours per week
Location: Worcester (with some travel mainly across Worcestershire)

Our passion for customer focus and adding value for schools ensures that we deliver a first-class service. We are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to be part of our busy Consultancy Team, providing a high-quality service to over 200 schools/Academies and Multi Academy Trusts.
In this critical role, you will be responding to contact from our school customers in a confidential, professional, prompt and efficient way and providing some basic HR advice, helping to deliver a traded HR consultancy service which meets our high standards and business needs.
As a key member of our busy team, this exciting role is an opportunity to develop your HR career in a rewarding environment, with a friendly team who are keen to support your development and help you excel in this customer focussed role.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be incredibly organised, experienced in managing a high volume of work and be comfortable working at pace to deadlines. Most importantly you will be highly motivated to work with schools.
You will be an effective communicator, with a strong customer focus, co-ordinating, signposting and providing advice and promoting best practice on a full range of employment matters. You will have excellent attention to detail and be confident in using Microsoft Office.
You will need:
- A Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- A flexible and resilient approach to work.
- A personal commitment to continuous professional development.
- The ability to drive and use of a car is essential.
