HR Co-Ordinator (Recruitment)
Salary: Up to £23,167
Hours: 35 per week
Contract Type: Fixed term - 9 months from start date

To help us achieve that, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our friendly team made up of people who are passionate about providing the best customer service and who genuinely love HR.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to deliver recruitment administrative support and advice across all of our Council and Worcestershire Children First services. Within this role, you will ensure that all matters are dealt with in a confidential, professional, prompt and efficient way. You will be part of a friendly team who are keen to support your development and help you excel in this customer focussed role.
You will have an eye for detail, be highly organised with a methodical approach. You will have good analytical skills including using Excel to produce statistical data. You will have experience of providing guidance and advice in a HR or recruitment setting and have the ability to forge good working relationships. Overall, you will have excellent customer service skills and a positive can do approach.

You will need:
- A level 4 qualification or relevant experience
- Ability to think creatively and adopt a flexible approach to service development
- Substantial experience of supporting customer facing practices (e.g. recruitment, training, HR advisory or dealing with HR matters)
