I'm currently partnering with a leading Listed Global Financial Services enterprise with a 40 million strong customer base. This organisation proudly supports the financial needs and solutions from individual investors to some of the world's largest organisations, including government.
I am looking to hire a HR Lead Consultant to partner with both the Global Commercial and Global Banking & Markets client groups. You will work as part of a team to deliver the People Strategy and Plan across both vertical platforms. You will partner with the C-Suite to support the achievement of the business strategy through utilising Centres of Excellence, when required, to ensure you drive efficiency and add commercial value across these high performing teams.
You will also be the lead on several HR initiatives i.e., Future of Work, Talent & Succession Strategy, where you will be able to build, innovate, deliver and embed change to meet the strategic agenda. You will be a seasoned Leader of People responsible for coaching and developing your own team, who will for responsible for the delivery of their own projects.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be from a Consulting environment, with strong consulting disciplines covering both project and change management principles. You will operate at the C-Suite level and can pivot and be agile as the business needs evolve.
You must have people leadership experience along with the tenacity and credibility to bring your point of view to the table to influence outcomes. To harness your expertise across both client groups you will have demonstrable experience working in HR, strong technical knowledge, in-depth expertise across a variety of disciplines i.e., Talent, OD and be relationship driven. As your client groups are global you will possess international experience working with dispersed teams.
