Our client, a leader in communications, are looking for a Head of HR Operations & Reward to join their team at an exciting time of growth. In this role, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations as well as taking ownership of all reward processes.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a start-up or fast growth environment, having previously led a HR Shared Service, as well as great operational and strategic reward experience (UK and internationally).
- Ownership of annual salary review, benchmarking and job evaluation
- Developing benefits strategy
- Definition and implementation of policies and processes
- Implementation of HRIS
- Working with international shared service
- Experience in HR Ops, Shared Service and Reward
- Experience of using and developing HRIS
- UK & International experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
