Talent Acquisition Advisor

Our client, a global consultancy company, are looking for a talented individual to join their organisation as an inhouse Talent Acquisition Advisor.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work as part of the Talent team, recruiting for entry level roles falling under Strategy & Commercial. It is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic HR model.

Duties Include:

  • Providing end to end delivery of the recruitment process
  • Daily interactions with candidates, providing an excellent experience
  • Building strong relationships with key business stakeholders and HR
  • Drive and support on recruitment related initiatives relation to diversity & inclusion

Skills Required:

  • 1-3 years end to end recruitment experience
  • Experience of stakeholder management
  • Evidence of sourcing capability
  • Agile thinking and finding alternate solutions
  • Collaborative skills
