I am delighted to be working with a brilliant creative organisation on their search for a Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
This is a brand new role reporting to the Chief People Officer so it will be a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on the role - it's in many ways a blank canvas. The organisation has c.500 employees and has already made a great start with D&I and has established networks in place with executive sponsorship. The company has ambitious goals and will be releasing their ethnicity pay gap for the first time this year.
You will own the diversity strategy and will lead a team of 4, including a D&I Coordinator, L&D Partner and Recruitment Manager. I believe this is a brilliant move to integrate D&I, Recruitment and L&D as these functions should all be working together to ensure D&I is a key focus throughout the employee journey from attracting, developing and retaining employees.
This is a high profile role in the organisation. You will be working very closely with the CPO as well as the CEO and the rest of the Leadership Team.
I am looking for a confident Diversity and Inclusion leader who has a successful track record of developing a Diversity and Inclusion strategy and who has worked closely with Recruitment and L&D teams in the past. You will need to be an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and you'll need to be adaptable and resilient in order to drive change.
This role will be London based and you will have the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days a week.
