I am really excited to be working with a fast growth, global online business on their search for a Head of HR Business Partnering.
This is a new role within the HR Structure and will be leading a team of HR Business Partners globally. This is a truly global organisation with 3,500 employees and 1,275 within your region. The Head of HR Business Partnering will play a critical role in developing and delivering the HR plan across multiple geographies, providing leadership and direction in developing the business partnering model and working closely with the senior leadership teams. As well as leading a team of HRBPs you will also business partner a key executive team member.
This is a fast paced organisation with a great culture. There is a high level of openness and the business want HR at the table and value what the function can bring. Engagement scores are excellent and you will be reporting to a fantastic HR Director who is positive and forward-thinking.
I am looking for a commercial Head of HR with experience managing a team of business partners. You will have excellent coaching and influencing skills and a positive and flexible approach. You will be comfortable managing ambiguity and will be data focused. You will be technically strong in the areas of change management and employee relations (you will be an escalation point) and global experience will be a real plus.
