People Partner - Customer Operations

We are partnered with a fast-growing scale-up FinTech organisation on a People Partner role. This role will support the Customer Operations and Corporate Functions areas of the business.

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, the role supports one of the most pivotal areas within the organisation. The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting Customer Services/ Customer Support within a fast-paced organisation and will be used to supporting high-volume areas at pace.

This role will suit a candidate who enjoys using Data to support decisions in the People function and is adept at story-telling, taking the business on a journey whilst simplifying the process for key stakeholders.

There is huge potential for the person moving into this role, as the business continues to scale, so will the wider People opportunities and it is therefore a fantastic time to join the organisation.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience supporting Customer Operations / Customer Services as a HR Business Partner within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of using data to drive informed HR decisions.
  • Passionate about creating an innovative and best-in-class people function
  • Proven success of supporting high-volume business areas
