Recruitment Resourcer

But there's plenty more for us to do if we're going to help our business achieve its vision and we need your help in doing that.  

We're currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our in-house recruitment team.  Our team are based in Bristol and ideally we would like the opportunity to be together to support each other and collaborate on various projects, at least two days a week.  Beyond that, location isn't a factor.  This is a brand new role and has been created to work with the fabulous existing team of recruiters to support our growth plans as well as our business as usual recruitment.  The role will be to predominately support lawyer recruitment across the whole business, but we anticipate opportunities for you to support some of our business professional recruitment too. We're looking for a recruitment resourcer who will be able to help us source and attract the very best talent in our industry.  You'll work closely with our recruiters, proactively sourcing candidates by producing detailed market maps and research, managing talent pipelines and engaging with our talent communities.   We believe we have a unique culture and opportunity to share, and we're looking to you to help us promote and create excitement around our brand through our attraction strategies.

The existing recruitment team come from very diverse backgrounds and that enables us to add real value to the business.  It also means that we're very open to recruiting additional team members from a variety of different backgrounds, whether that's agency, in-house or more generalist HR.  What's more important is that you share our passion and enthusiasm for recruiting the best possible talent into our business, understand what drives the business and have a range of super recruiter skills!
