People Operations Manager

We are searching for a People Operations Manager to join a rapidly-growing Fintech firm based in London (but open to fully remote work).

A disruptor in their field, their products offer a solution to businesses and consumers all over the world. The business is only 4 years old and since their inception, they have broken records for their funding and won awards for their culture and product.

They have plans to grow exponentially over the next few years, and are investing heavily in their people function in order to help deliver huge transformational change and international expansion.

Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the primary focus of this role will be to deliver a world-class people experience from onboarding to offboarding across all countries. You will help develop an advanced reporting and analytics capability to that the team can better support and enable the business to achieve, and so that employees get a high-touch and modern experience from their people function.

We are looking for someone with
● Previous cutting-edge / modern People Operations experience, ideally in a scaling business.
● Focused on improving people experience
● Experience working across multiple countries
● A data and insights geek – able to turn complex data into a compelling story
